I’m a homemaker and mama to three young boys. We recently found out that our littlest one is allergic to the protein in milk and to continue to breastfeed him I have cut out all things with milk. It has been difficult adjusting and finding foods that work, but it is going well. I have made this blog for others who are in this same situation, who need help in becoming dairy free so their baby can be happy and healthy.
If you have any questions or comments, please leave me a line in the comments section and I will email you as quick as I can.

Hi,
Thanks for the frosting recipe. I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter who has been allergic to the proteins in milk since a baby as well. It is challenging cooking but especially when we go places to find food she can have. Recently, we have found out that she has now developed an allergy to egg as well! Be vigilant now to keep his diet milk-free and he may out grow it sooner. As she grew older, I was less vigilant about checking every package because the her pediatrician said she may out grow it. But I think this is what caused her to be allergic now to eggs!
Hi,
I am wondering what solid food to feed my baby. He has been diagnosed to have cow milk allergy since he was 2 months old. He just turned one year old this week. I am running out of ideas what to feed him. Other than cereals and single food for few months since he was 6 months old. He has been having the same thing in each meal. Breakfast is usually oatmeal and cooked fruit. Lunch is avocado mixed with formula and Dinner is round eye steak or chicken with vegetable and rice/sweet potatoes/brown rice/mixed grain. Though he seems not to mind but I am getting tired of him eating the same thing. Eager to hear some new ideas.
Thanks,
